Sara Cramer is a Paralegal in WH Burkley’s Creditors’ Rights & Remedies Group. She works closely with the firm’s attorneys in managing commercial collections and creditors’ rights matters throughout Pennsylvania and West Virginia, assisting with all phases of litigation from the preparation and filing of complaints through post-judgment enforcement.

Sara prepares pleadings, motions, discovery requests, default judgments, writs of execution, and other litigation documents while coordinating court filings, service of process, and communications with clients, courts, sheriffs, and third-party service providers. Drawing on her experience managing high-volume civil litigation matters, she provides efficient, detail-oriented support throughout every stage of the litigation process.

Sara is a Pennsylvania Notary Public and serves as a Director of the Pittsburgh Paralegal Association, demonstrating her commitment to professional excellence and service within the legal community.
