Ruth Niedermeyer is a Paralegal in WH Burkley’s Litigation Group. She has over thirty years of experience in the legal industry. Her background consists of Workers’ Compensation, general civil litigation, personal injury, medical malpractice, asbestos and now focuses on complex litigation. She works closely with court officials, opposing counsel and the team’s litigation attorneys on all phases of a case from opening a file through discovery and trial preparation, attending trials or case settlements. She has gained the experience and ability to work independently relying on instinct and hard work as well as in a team effort to provide the most timely and cost-effective case objectives.
Ruth assists with evidence gathering, legal document preparation, continually monitors cases and updates case files as appropriate. She regularly files pleadings in multiple jurisdictions in both state and federal courts across multiple states.
She is a member of the Pittsburgh Paralegal Association, is a Pennsylvania Notary Public and has done pro bono work with Wills for Heroes.
