Overview

Nicholle is an Associate in WH Burkley’s Real Estate Group. She assists in the documentation, negotiation and closing of complex commercial real estate transactions. She also represents commercial lenders in loan transactions involving commercial real estate.

Prior to WH Burkley, Nicholle worked at a title agency where she prepared commercial commitments and closing statements, reviewed title documentation, and assisted closing transactions.

Experience

  • Assisted in the closing of commercial lending transactions
  • Assisted drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and leases
  • Conducted searches to collect information on clouds on title
  • Assisted with correspondence to the County Clerks, Recorders, and other governmental offices
  • Assisted with client meeting preparation
  • Researched funds for new accounts based on clients’ risk tolerance level and desired time horizon
  • Opened, closed, and adjusted accounts upon clients’ request
