Overview

Nick is an Associate in WH Burkley’s Real Estate Group. He drafts and negotiates commercial real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, lease amendments, easements, declarations, subordination non-disturbance and attornment agreements, as well as estoppel certificates.

Nick served for nine years as a paralegal in the United States Air Force, supporting legal operations and claims matters involving the U.S. government. He was deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and was honorably discharged at the rank of Technical Sergeant.

  • Represented global retail companies in North American leasing matters, including lease negotiations, amendments, renewals and related portfolio management
