Jordan is an Associate in WH Burkley’s Litigation Group. Her litigation experience includes commercial and contractual disputes, real property issues, fiduciary and estate-related conflicts, and disputes affecting healthcare providers and organizations. She brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to advocacy, with a focus on helping her clients navigate disputes efficiently and effectively. Jordan works closely with clients to analyze claims and defenses, develop litigation strategy, draft pleadings and motions, manage discovery, and prepare matters for negotiation, mediation, and trial.
