Overview

Christina Wirick is a Paralegal in WH Burkley’s Bankruptcy & Restructuring Group. She brings over two decades of experience in the legal industry, with over ten years dedicated to Chapter 11 bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, including preparation of bankruptcy petitions, schedules, first day motions, applications for compensation and all other required court filings. She works closely with Chapter 11 clients to ensure compliance with all document requirements, deadlines, and local rules, drafts various pleadings, and assists in the timely preparation and submission of monthly operating reports.

In addition to her bankruptcy work, Christina leads a team of ten paralegals and support professionals, managing workflow, training, and client service delivery. She oversees firm-wide conflict checks, monitors updates to local rules and court procedures, and supports operational initiatives in collaboration with the Human Resources Director and Director of Operations. Known for her reliability, organization, and proactive communication, Christina is a trusted resource to attorneys, clients, creditors, and court staff alike.
