Overview

Christina is an Associate in WH Burkley’s Litigation Group. She has experience managing large-scale litigation matters, as well as the drafting of various pleadings, responsive briefs, discovery responses, and other legal documents. Christina also conducts depositions, attends court conferences and mediation/arbitration hearings, and assists with settlement negotiations.

Experience

  • Represented two (2) individuals in connection with an IP arbitration and obtained a $1.1M settlement.
  • Represented Ohio-based limited liability companies and their managing members at a breach of contract trial and sat first chair.
  • Prepared appellate briefs in connection with a zoning appeal to the Ohio Supreme Court.
