Brent is an Associate in WH Burkley’s Bankruptcy and Restructuring Group. His practice focuses commercial and consumer bankruptcy, as well as mediation.

Brent has represented both consumer and commercial debtors, as well as creditors, in bankruptcy proceedings for more than twenty years. He has developed a broad base of knowledge handling cases involving business reorganization and asset sales, Subchapter V bankruptcy cases, individual chapter 11 filings, secured creditor rights actions, and commercial litigation.
