Andrea is a Paralegal in WH Burkley’s Bankruptcy and Restructuring Group with over 20 years of experience in bankruptcy matters. The last 12 years have been focused mostly on Chapter 11 cases, including providing support to attorneys with the drafting and filing of a variety of pleadings and proofs of claim, case management and docket control.  She has provided support in high-volume environments, ensuring compliance with all local rules and deadlines.

Prior to joining WH Burkley, Andrea has had experience in the representation of both debtors and creditors in Chapter 7, Chapter 13 and Chapter 11 bankruptcies, as well as acting as a Loss Mitigation Specialist to obtain mortgage modifications for Chapter 13 debtors through the Bankruptcy Court’s Loss Mitigation Program in the Western District of Pennsylvania.  Additionally, she has supported attorneys in corporate and estate planning matters.
