Overview

Allison is a Paralegal in WH Burkley’s Bankruptcy & Restructuring Group.

She has been a paralegal for almost two decades, working primarily in bankruptcy, foreclosure and creditors’ rights over the course of her career.  She has also worked in other areas of law, including corporate work, civil litigation and labor & employment.

Allison has also been involved in pro bono work regarding PFAs as well the Name Change Project with the Transgender Legal Defense and Education Fund.
