WH Burkley is pleased to announce that Russell Giancola has joined the firm as a Partner in its Litigation Group.
Russ is an experienced trial lawyer whose practice focuses on commercial litigation and election law. He represents businesses, organizations, and individuals in complex litigation matters and brings experience across a variety of industries and legal disciplines.

Throughout his career, Russ has represented businesses, fiduciaries, public entities, and individuals in complex litigation matters. His experience includes commercial disputes, fiduciary litigation, constitutional and election law matters, as well as trial and appellate experience. Based in the firm’s Pittsburgh office, he will work with clients across a broad range of litigation and dispute-resolution matters.
