William is a Partner and Vice-Chair in WH Burkley’s Bankruptcy and Restructuring Group. He assists clients in matters involving bankruptcy, insolvency, asset sales, litigation and real estate. Bill regularly represents debtors, buyers and sellers of distressed assets, receivers and trustees, statutory committees and various other parties involved in distressed situations. He also serves as a mediator for multi-party disputes.
Bill strives to provide solutions to clients in complex and often distressed situations. With over 20 years of experience handling challenging matters, Bill looks to find practical solutions and positive outcomes – while ensuring clients are utilize their full legal rights for both transactions and litigation.
Since 2011, Bill teaches the course Secured Transactions (Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code) at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
