JoAnn is a Paralegal in WH Burkley’s Real Estate Group. She has over 30 years of legal experience.  JoAnn is active in assisting attorneys and working directly with clients on a wide-range of commercial real estate matters, including drafting and reviewing lease documents for global and national retail clients.  She is also experienced in preparing leases, amendments, assignments and various other documents relating to commercial real estate transactions.  Prior to joining WH Burkley, JoAnn was a paralegal for a global energy company for 16 years, where she worked on real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, various governmental filings and corporate organizational activities.
