Mark is Senior Counsel in WH Burkley’s Real Estate Group. He is highly experienced in both real estate transactions and real estate finance law. His real estate legal services extend to lending, acquisitions and sales, easements, title and survey matters, and subdivision and development. He frequently represents commercial lenders, owners, developers and tenants. Mark is also proficient in general business and corporate matters.
